The really crazy part is that if you measure across the material thickness of the main body of the part you will see that there is no normal dimension — the material thickness is not parallel but it is at a 0. More and more die designers all over the world are currently running Logopress3. Time to unbend and flatten all of the parts shown below would be about 213 minutes total.

Logopress3, 3D Die Design Software for SOLIDWORKS
The included Logopress3 die simulation even allows the die to be simulated and interference checked as if it was operating in the press. When creating the Annex part, Logopress3 automatically creates the Blank section sketch and this is the sketch that is used to automatically or semi-automatically create the internal punches and the external punches. Parts such as number 1 or 3 or 5 in the picture above benefit a great deal from Progressive Blank Companion when creating the strip layout.
You no longer need this sketch so you can simply delete it.
The Logopress3 strip layout software also includes the Logopress3F flattening component. This is extremely helpful because it shows you all of the areas in your Reference part flat blank that need to be cleaned up. Doing so causes it to be absorbed by the true radius to the right of this nasty area. This will import the newly created body files and cause the Blank section sketch to get recreated based on the new, clean ofr blank.
